1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bijje ("bijje", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the bijje online casino and sports betting platform available at bijje.com and all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and linked pages (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

By completing the bijje account registration process, accessing any page of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you conclusively demonstrate your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. This acceptance creates a binding legal obligation. If you are unwilling to be bound by any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account by contacting bijje support at [email protected].

bijje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bijje will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bijje Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The bijje platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bijje Platform or had a bijje account permanently closed for Terms violations.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a bijje employee involved in the operation of the Platform.

bijje operates a strict 18+ policy and employs age verification procedures at registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary. Documentary verification — including but not limited to a Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — may be requested at any time. Where age verification is pending or cannot be satisfactorily completed, bijje will suspend access to the Platform and freeze any pending withdrawals until the verification process is resolved. Accounts confirmed as belonging to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the bijje Platform, you must register a single personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. bijje will rely on the information you provide in administering your account, processing payments, and communicating with you.

• One account per individual is strictly enforced. Duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bijje reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings derived from those accounts.
• You must provide a valid, accessible email address. Important account and payment notifications will be delivered to this address.
• You must set a strong, unique password for your bijje account. bijje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and must correspond to your actual identity. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bijje login credentials, including your username, password, and any 2FA codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bijje will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility, unless and until you report a suspected breach to bijje at [email protected] without delay.

If you suspect that your bijje account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bijje support immediately. bijje will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bijje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle: Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill (issued within 90 days), or bank statement. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bijje may also request evidence of the source of funds deposited to your account where deemed appropriate.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bijje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment accounts and bank accounts used for transactions on bijje must be registered exclusively in the name of the bijje account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification for large deposits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bijje wallet within sixty seconds under standard network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution.
• bijje charges zero fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Deposits must be funded from sources owned and controlled by you. bijje reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
• bijje is not responsible for failed deposits arising from incorrect account details provided by the player, payment provider outages, or network interruptions outside bijje's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within your bijje account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to bijje's discretion in exceptional circumstances.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within one hour for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Black Diamond VIP tier players are eligible for priority withdrawal processing, typically completing within five minutes to bKash or Nagad, handled directly by the bijje finance team.
• bijje reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, security review, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed where the account balance consists of pending bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

bijje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms prevail with respect to that offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly on the offer page. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will be forfeited without compensation.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution rates, which will be stated in the offer terms.
• bijje reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, subject to reasonable notice to affected players where practically possible.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another person.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, coordinating wagers with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting a technical error in the Platform — will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided. bijje may also suspend or permanently close the accounts of players involved in bonus abuse and refuse future bonus eligibility.

5.3 D&T Ranking VIP Programme

The bijje D&T Ranking VIP loyalty programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on qualifying wagering activity as detailed in the D&T Ranking programme terms published at bijje.com/dt-ranking. bijje reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, recalculate ranking points, or modify programme benefits at any time, subject to reasonable notice. VIP programme benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the bijje Platform — including live dealer games supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and RNG (random number generator) slots and table games supplied by NetEnt, Microgaming, and other licensed studios — operate according to the rules of the relevant game supplier. bijje incorporates these supplier rules by reference. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bijje will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with the supplier's published malfunction policy. All RNG games use certified random number generation; bijje does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. bijje reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds arising from system errors or data feed failures.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and withdrawal at any time. bijje accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.
• The settlement of cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — is governed by bijje's sports betting rules published on the Platform. Where official match results are overturned after settlement, bijje will reassess affected bets in good faith.
• Bets placed after the official start of a sporting event that are incorrectly accepted due to a system delay will be void.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bijje Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Collusion with other players, casino staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform to gain winnings or credits beyond those legitimately earned.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the bijje Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at bijje staff or other players via any channel.

7 Responsible Gaming

bijje is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all players across Bangladesh. Gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations to receive reminders and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if you wish to take a short break from gambling. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but no deposits or wagers can be placed.

8 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bijje account at any time by contacting bijje support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawn bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to applicable withdrawal processing procedures and completion of KYC verification.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by bijje

bijje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to void any pending bets or bonus balances, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of bijje systems.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Account identified as belonging to an individual under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Evidence that the account holder is subject to a valid self-exclusion arrangement on any gambling platform.

Where bijje closes an account for reasons other than Terms violations (for example, at bijje's business discretion), any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, bijje may withhold funds pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit balances derived from fraudulent or abusive activity.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bijje's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. bijje is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind. bijje makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or data transmission errors beyond its reasonable control.

8.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bijje's operating jurisdiction on an offshore, internationally licensed basis. In the event of a dispute between you and bijje, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. bijje commits to responding to all dispute submissions within five business days and to resolving disputes in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
